Ms Merita Huang serves as Consultant at Mastery Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Sustainability Advisor for the NTCH Taiwan, and Board Member of the Taiwan Art Sustainability Alliance. Former Co-Curator and Sustainability Advisor for the International Forum for Art and Sustainability organised by the Taipei University of the Arts.

Ms Huang holds a graduate degree from the Taipei University of the Arts in Arts Administration and Management, with over 20 years of experience in planning and organising large scale arts and cultural events. Currently dedicated to enforcing sustainability in the arts and greenhouse gas inventories, ISO 20121 Sustainable Event Management as well as advising sustainability reporting.

Mastery Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004, specialises in implementing management systems involving quality assurance, environment, occupational health and safety, business continuity planning, sustainable events, energy and water resources.

The company also provides advisory services for greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, carbon footprint, water footprint, and carbon neutrality assessments, as well as internal carbon pricing, sustainable procurement, and sustainability reporting. Its expertise supports businesses in driving sustainable transformation and enhancing corporate sustainability management capabilities.
