Ms Annabelle Ho is a violinist and the founder of ClimateXArt, an initiative that leverages the power of music and arts to inspire action on climate change. A passionate advocate for climate education and youth empowerment, she has organised over 25 immersive climate change concerts, engaging diverse audiences and collaborating with local NGOs. Her global impact was highlighted as a COP28 Hong Kong Youth Delegate, where she presented her work at United Nations pavilions in Dubai. Ms Ho's leadership extends to her role as a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum community and as the 2024 Contact Point for YOUNGO’s Art, Culture, and Heritage Working Group. Her mission is rooted in the belief that music can bridge divides and drive positive global change.
Organisation Description
ClimateXArt is a pioneering initiative founded on Earth Day 2023. It transforms complex environmental issues into accessible and engaging immersive concert experiences, using music and storytelling to explore themes like biodiversity and eco-anxiety. By collaborating with local social enterprises and NGOs, ClimateXArt fosters community-driven solutions for a sustainable future. The organisation has captivated over 850 attendees globally, including featured presentations at UN events like COP28 and SB60, proving that art can spark collective action and meaningful dialogue on climate change.
