Mr Patrick Ho is responsible for formulating and executing a corporate sustainability strategy for Swire Properties’ global operations across Hong Kong, Mainland China and U.S.A. portfolios. Through engaging stakeholders, setting targets and developing action plans, he leads a team to manage the full spectrum of the Company’s environmental, social and economic impact and to integrate ESG considerations into every facet of Swire Properties’ business.
Mr Ho is a Board of Director of Business Environment Council, and the Chair for the Nature & Biodiversity Advisory Group. He sits on the Corporate Advisory Board of World Green Building Council, and is a Member to the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Expert Advisory Group for Building Sector. Mr Ho is a Chartered Environmentalist, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) and a Certified Carbon Audit Professional.

Swire Properties develops and manages commercial, retail, hotel, and residential properties, with a particular focus on mixed-use developments in prime locations at major mass transportation intersections. Swire Properties is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
In Hong Kong, its investment portfolio includes Taikoo Place, Pacific Place, Cityplaza and Citygate. The Company’s completed portfolio in Hong Kong comprises approximately 1.54 million sqm of space.
In Mainland China, Swire Properties has six completed mixed-use developments in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu. There are six more projects in Beijing, Xian, Sanya, Shanghai and Guangzhou currently under development. The Company’s completed portfolio in Mainland China comprises approximately 1.3 million sqm of space.
In addition to Hong Kong and Mainland China, the Company has a presence in Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and Miami, USA.
